Acroyoga is the perfect way to break into movement that combines a challenge both physically and mentally. It builds strength, teaching you to connect with your body and others while creating fun shapes and sequences.

Join circus artist and certified mindfulness health coach Sarah Sutin in an all level acroyoga class. No experience needed. While it is great to come with a partner, it is not necessary either. We will pair up and take turns basing and flying with each other. Learn basic shapes, sequences, theories, and how acroyoga can benefit your overall health.


  • Acroyoga Class

    Your ticket to the second NOMAD acroyoga class, December 4th 7pm to 8:30pm at NOMAD. Le cour sera donné en Anglais et traduit en Français au besoin. Kids are more than welcomed! We plan on making this a weekly thing in 2019 and are now testing the interest so let us know if you feel we could be doing this differently.
